Smoothie with pear and cinnamon
A quick smoothie with the winter flavors of pear and cinnamon! Deliciously fresh but also spicy. This pear and cinnamon smoothie is a great start to the day.
- 250 grams Greek yogurt 0% fat
- 2 pears
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Remove the bell housing from the pears and place all ingredients in the blender. Blend into a smooth whole!
My experience is that the smoothie becomes creamier if you blend for a little longer.
You can just leave the peel of the pear; extra flavor and extra vitamins.
Serve the smoothie directly, possibly with an ice cube.
