Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 2 tbsp nut or seed butter
  • 1 scop protein (optional)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Put ingredients into the container of a blender in the order listed.
  • Start blending on low speed and increase to high.
  • Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds until mixture is smooth.
